How can I make all phones to ring when there is an incomming call for the group?
I have set it up as "GROUP" in hunt group hopping it will atleast beep on the stations already in call. Basicaly, if i have it on "LINEAR" or "IDLE" it will only ring available stations. Sometimes everyone is using the phones and since queing is not working, customers get in to the voicemail. This is not bad idea, but the fact is most of the users are talking to their husbands or other relatives and customers are in voicemail and waiting. This is on remote 403 over wan link on private T1 line with 412 and Vociemail PRO localy. I already posted the question about Queing and someone answered it is not supported over the WAN with non local VOICEMAIL.
To recap:
If all users in a group are bussy, still ring their stations (beep in the receiver and show on the CID who it is) so they can pickup when having love talk instead business.
group is on 403 with 2.1 installed and they are connecting to the main office with 412 and VOICEMAIL PRO over a private T1 line.
