Hummingbird Exceed V 12.0.0.124 Font Issue

We just switched from using HP Excursion to using exceed to connect to an Open_VMS GUI app. when I log into the app from excursion everything is fine, but when I log into the app from Exceed the font is way to large. I checked the font setting, but nothing seems to help and Ideas?
