Human resource database

Hi all,
I administer local area network in my own office.Just wanted to build a HRM (Human resource) database in access or sql server.Can someone help me with some basic structure that which tables and fields should be used in it.I can do queries myself just need some structure help.

Hi,

You might want to take a look at the AdventureWorks database from Microsoft since it also contains HumanResources part.
