Hi. I'm working on Adobe Premiere 6.0, and have been working on one particular project for a long time. Today when I went to work on it, it was loading and suddenly an error message came up: "An error occurred while loading project. 10" Just like that. When I clicked okay, all of my bins and stuff came up, with all of the footage, but nothing at all on the timeline. I closed it, turned off the computer, let it rest, turned it on again, and tried again; it did the same thing. Then I noticed that one bin was actually missing--the bin containing all my scanned photos, which makes me think the error was there. The photos are still on my drive, just not in my project anymore. Do I have to start over, or is there anything I can do to get my work back?

Have you tried re-creating the bin that disappeared? I bet you thought of this but you never know...

Go under your Hard drive, or wherever "Adobe" is loaded, "Applications", Adobe Premiere folder, Project Archive and maybe try loading one of the saved projects you see listed? This happend to me, I had no clue how to save correctly in Premiere, and I lost a 2 month documentary I was editing. I called Adobe, etc. and it turned out I had a a "corrupt title" (file). One of your photos my have been corrupt? Did it "crash" or not open after you may have imported some file/photos?

Hope this helps and good luck. I can relate with your frustration for sure.

Here the solution:

Open the .ppj file in Notepad

Find and replace all
rate=100,000000
with
rate=100.000000

Save

Your project is back.
You're welcome.
