Huge problem integrating VSS with Visual C

I Created a new Subproject in VSS, and i filled it with files using drag and drop method.
few of these files have the same name as other files in other VSS SubProjects, for example "Main.cpp". This SubProject include a "DSP" file.
when I open this file properties in VSS, it tells me that it belonges the the SubProject I put it .
The problem is , that when i open this project from VC(by openning thye DSP of that subProject), VC opens main.cpp that belongs to another project in VSS (I can see it by clicking "SOURCE SAFE PROPERTIES" in VC).

WHY???? urgent!!!!
