Ok here's the thing: My Internet Connection is Seriously F****d Up!!!

I don't even know where to start... ITS REALLY SLOW even though its supposed to be 3mb/s(!) Well ill start here: Before it worked Perfectly for example i could watch music videos (on launch.com) at 300kb/s and it NEVER skipped a frame but now at 128kb/s it skips. The downloads go really slowly (NEVER faster than 16kb/s) if im downloading something, it could be at 0.1kb/s, to surf the net its impossible, the pages load so damn slowly... And on and on and on.

If anyone has an idea of what the hell might be wrong with my internet connection PLEASE tell me what the hell is it and how the hell to fix it.

Have you tried searching for and removing spyware? Try downloding Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware from downloads.com. I'd recommend downloading both since often Ad-Aware catches things Spybot misses and vice versa. Yahoo also includes a spyware removal app with their toolbar. Also do you have antivirus and firewall running? Are they up to date in terms of virus definitions and regular scans? Try also looking at your running processes to see if something is taking up all your CPU utilization.

Try these things first.

Also, if you are sharing the same wire of cable connection (if you are using cable that is) with your TV set, get the cable guy to wire your internet separately from the outside. Sharing the same wire with TV is taxing on your bandwidth availability.
