HTTPS redirection under Apache 1.3.23

Hello,

I'm trying to do a URL forwarding (term under iplanet) with apache without success..

Basically i want when somonue as a URL with /jsp/actions/whatever....to be redirected in HTTPS to the page he ask...

Exemple :

http://server.com/jsp/actions/test/whatever

would be redirected to

https://the

same thing i wrote....

So when i see /jsp/actions in the URL i rewrite it in https......

Any help is more then welcome....
