We have one pc that can not surf to the following web site.

The rest of the pc's can surf to this web site.

We have added it to the trusted sites. All security has been set to low. There are no firewall programs.

Eddie

Ask the PC what browser it's using, and what happens when it doesn't "surf" to the web site you specify.

Has the PC attempted to use an alternative browser (like FF or Opera) to isolate whether the problem is browser related or system-wide?

Cheers,
Jeff

We plan on trying a different browser but if it works it will not be the long term solution.

Just a thought but what browser and version are you using? I remember one time someone was using Internet Explorer 5 (I think) but it only had 64bit encrption. We had to install an update to take it to 128bit before it would allow it to open a particular HTTPS site.

Go to Help -> About and see what it says under 'Cipher Strength'

Im not sure why this wont work but ill give something a shot since nothing else is working if your willing lol. Download hijackthis from the link below. Extract to desktop or prefered folder. Open program and choose do a system scan and save a logfile. Post the logfile on here.

This may or may not help just thought I would give it a try and see if we can find any odd things in it.
