HTTPS not working?!

Hi

I have setup my machine to accept Https requests on port 443. Now the problem is that if i run my browser on https it doesn't work. If i turn off my iptables then it will! I have inserted two commands to iptables for it to accept input and output on port 443 but to no avail. What can i do or check?

Well, if you turn IP tables off and it works, then you're clearly not putting the correct iptables commands in. Not really an apache question, you may have better luck on a forum for your operating system.
