We are configuring experience portal DD config web page to access using https. Certificate has been signed by customer CA and also uploaded the same cert in DD config certificate option.
When we try to access the DD config page using https along with 8443 port we get the error "Cannot connect securely to this page" and on TOMCAT we get the error "alias name does not identify a key entry"

It is CM 8.1 , experience portal is on release 7.

Any help please.
