HTTPS Access Problem

Hi,

On domr of our computers if i log in as a user who is not a member of the Administrators or Power Users Group I am unable to access All Https Addresses. If i add teh same user to one of the power users or administrators group I can access no problems.

Please help identify where this has come from it is affecting 300 computers that were built from the same image but doesn't occur on any of the others. I really would like a fix rather than having to rebuild and re-image 300 machines
