Hi there.

When I go to upload a file, system files ,etc onto my SD card, I get the error:

http 500 :internal server error

I have followed all of the suggestions in the thread

but still I get the error.
I've re-installed the manager, after deleting it completely (and removing scraggling files)
I've formatted the sd card (with Manager)
I've recreated the card with Manager and it still shows.

Any ideas?

Regards

Which software version are you on.

The new security features in rel 9 prevent http files to upload to the sd card.
Go to security settings- services- http and set the level from secure high to unsecure low.
Save back.
This will allow files to upload to the sd card.

Hope this helps

Hi Sandman.

Never had to do that when I upgraded other systems from 9.0 to 9.1... but I am doing that now, and I will advise.

If this works, you are getting a WHOLE lot of stars.

Thank You

That worked, snowman!

If you are in Canada, or are coming to Canada, let me know.

I owe you some beer! (I'd even give more than one star if that was possible!)

Once again, thank you... and thanks for all of the other ideas from everyone else.

Regards

Glad it was the right call.

Other than that I had no other ideas
