why my internet explorer pop this page to me so often --

in fact, the url i was clicking on or typing in were all valid ones. i am wondering if my browser being plugged in some sort of gator kind of agent and it could not get to the url i wanted before it got bounced by its own server with above link.

just a wild guess, can anyone help? oh, is there a way that i can look into those plug ins of my msie and clear them?
