i have installed a third party utilty on our clients and the utility wants to use http tunneling to work. Our users connected by isa server and i don't know how to allow them to use http tunneling on Isa .Do i need to create a rule on isa ,if yes what rule should be.?

Any clue ?

Thanks.

I'm not exactly sure what your utility requires. But, in most cases such things assume that port 80 is used to access the internet. ISA Server traps that port to prevent such applications from using it.

Check to see what port the utility is trying to use. If it's 80 change it to 8080. And make sure the client machine is a SecureNAT or has Firewall client installed on it.

HTH,
