HTTP, Telet and FTP across vlans on Catalyst 5500

I setup a catalyst 5500 with RSFC. Inter-vlan is working since I can ping hosts on each vlan no matter from where ignite the ICMP ping. I even can map the Windows share across vlans although I am not able to list the files on mapped drive.

Problem is when I try to access a web server on a different vlan, I can receive the titile of the web page but not more than that, then the browser just times out.

I tried to FTP to a host on different vlan from DOS, it says connected but nothing else.

With telnet, I only receive a blank screen...

I must be missing some configuration. Please advise...
