As a member of TEK-TIPS, one issue I see often is that some of us are not taking advantage of SUPPORT.NOVELL.COM I know that searching on the web site is tedious, but Novell has also created a more intuitive search engine which has a link on the default web page. If by chance you visit this site and can not find your answer, please post that as part of your problem. This way, reduplication of efforts does not happen. I enjoy sharing my comments and knowledge, but I would like to see those who are new, turn to the sources of Novell's web page and then post as opposed to the other way around.
