I have Symantec Raptor Firewall (Enterprise v.7) installed on Win2k Server. I am trying to configure the firewall to redirect traffic from the outside to an internal server (http, ftp, etc.). When I add a secondary IP address under advanced TCP/IP in Windows, shortly after, our whole system loses internet.
This happens by just adding a secondary IP address to the NIC and before ever changing anything in Symantec. And it can take up to 30 minutes for traffic to stop. The first time it happened, I noticed I could not connect to but I could ping yahoo and get a reply. Same with other sites as well.
Any suggestions?
