HTTP Status 404 - /webUI

Hi guys! Can you help me with this?
Our version of IPOCC is v9.1 and we try to access the webUI of the IPOCC but no luck we get an error stated above.

We already tried that. but it says cant reach this page. any ideas?

Exactly which version do you have?
Also the URL is case sensitive.

tomcat 7.x. for the URL if we type :8443 it shows the certificate error we already install the certificate but still no luck but we typed :28443 the page cant be reach.
