Hi Folks,

I have installed Domino 6.5.4 on a windows 2003 server. After starting the server as Application, HTTP is throwing an error.
HTTP Server: Error - unable to bind port 80............

Have you come across this error?

Please help.

Thanks,
Sandy

Do you have IIS installed ? If so that will have already been using port 80 when you started Domino as an app. If you aren't using it, uninstall IIS web server and try again.

If you don't want to uninstall IIS, just shut its' service off (Web Publishing Service) and set its' startup to manual.

If IIS is not installed or running, I'd suggest running "netstat -a" from a command prompt to find out what service may be listening on port 80.

Hey, Cool.
It works fine now, after disabling IIS.

Thanks for your help
