HTTP Provisioning ??

Does anyone know what could be blocking the phone from reading an 1140e.prv file from the default web directory on a Win2003 server TM 3.2 machine? I'm using "

http://ip

address of the TM3.2" provisioning.
I have the fire wall off.
The http provisioning works if I'm using my work station computer.

Don't know if this is it but when you just put in the IP address in a web browser to TM you will be redirected to

http://ip//EndUser/Eng/login.asp?endUserLang=

by default. Could it be redicting you to a diffrent directory that doesn't have the 1140e.prv file in it?
