feherke,
Please consider spending your efforts convincing Yahoo! to mend their ways before flaming a newbie. They do a reverse rewrite from yahoo.com *back* to (here in the US).

Mihir, you should answer the question directly about what you purchased. Did you purchase DNS service from DynDNS for a domain you own or did you purchase dynamic DNS service for a hostname provided through DynDNS.

The difference would be that you own "example.com", they own "dyndns.com"

If your hostname is something like mihir5577.dyndns.com then you have one set of issues. If your hostname is then you have another set of issues.

Yeah, and also to correct their markup, and to not rely on JavaScript, and ...

Please note that Yahoo! is pure commercial. ( Although sometimes they even... hmm... ignore their customers too. )

I share my advices for free and I will never help Yahoo! with them. But I inform the newbies the best I can.

I marked my post as flame to show that I do not consider it adequate for a discussion here. But please do not call it "flaming a newbie" as its only reason was to inform and those were not my personal opinion. ( Although matched it. )

Feherke.

I had the same problem with my DynDns accounts
on the Dyn DNS account config page make sure that you enable wildcards, all will then work as expected.
