I am very new with this, why I get this error message

HTTP Error 401.2 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to server configuration.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

please help

Hello,

How is your IIS configured to authenticate your users?
If you are using windows domain accounts for authentication, make sure that you have configured Windows Integrated Authentication in the IIS.
