HTTP code 407 errors

We have been getting these errors when certain users go to HTTPS sites that are mixed with HTTP. Microsoft talks about this in one of their articles (810561) as a problem but they don't post the fix.

Has anyone else experienced this and resolved it? We only run one ISA server and do not upstream to another server. But I believe the site my users are trying to access uses a proxy themselves.
