HTTP 500 when using NT Challenge Response

Hi,

I trying to secure a web site that contains private information using the NT Challenge Response.

In IIS 4.0 I disable Anonymous access and enable NT Challenge Response.

The folder has my network account with Change permission and the IUSR_Computer is set to no access.

In the User manager my account has rights to "Access this computer from the network".

But when I try to access the site I get the HTTP 500 error. Am I missing something? Did I forget anything?

Sorry I forgot to add. I'm sure IIS is running and if I use the Basic Authentication Method the site shows correctly.
