HTTP 500.100 - Internal Server Error - ASP error

Following on from my other question I am having issues with IIS. If I try and get to various web pages on the callmanager I get 'HTTP 500.100 - Internal Server Error - ASP error'

Error Type:
Microsoft JScript runtime (0x800A138F)
Object expected
/ccmuser/_top.asp, line 229

This is an IIS issue I am certain, the IP Phones work, but services etc don't. Is there a quick fix for this?
