HTTP 404 Error

Using the scheduler in Report net, one of the users is getting the HTTP 404 error when he receives the email from ReportNet with a link to the report.
Any ideas what might be causing this?

Check the web server settings and webcontent folder contents. If every thing is right, if you feel, check the permissions property.
