HTTP/1.1 403 Access Forbidden

I'm trying to do the ASP.NET Walkthroughs and I get the following error when following their directions:

The Web server reported the following error when attempting to create or open the Web project located at the following URL: '

http://localhost/MyWebForm.

'HTTP/1.1 403 Access Forbidden'

I'm using Win2K Professional.

Hi.
Open IIS.
Expand Local Computer.
Right Click on the Web Sites.
In the Property Page, Go to the "Home Directory" Tab and in Execute Permission: Select "Scripts and Executables" or "Scripts only" then apply your setting.
after doing these steps Go to th VS.NET and create an ASP.NET WEB APPLICATION.
this time u can create.
