Generally when we right click on a web page and click view source, we can see the entire HTML page.

Is there a way by which displaying the HTML page can be avoided?

If yes where is available and is it free?

If somebody can provide a URL to download from.

I'm not sure why you would want to do this, but the bottom line is you can't. The most you can do is make it difficult for the average user to look at your code, but you can't make it completely secure.
