HTML (with SVG element) to PDF conversion

I have been asked to look into the options for converting 50000+ HTML files to PDF format using 3rd Party Software.

There appears to be an issue that the HTML files all have an Adobe SVG footer/header.

Can anyone suggest any evaluation software I can download to assess ? Currently I'm working with Windows NT but will be converting to XP soon.

I know very little about Adobe SVG and only the basics of HTML so I'd be very grateful if you could avoid the high tech explanations that I know forum members are capable of.
