HTML/web page e-mail messages

We all get the e-mails from vendors and stores from time to time, those e-mails that are basically little web pages that build and download the same as a website. Does anyone know how to create those e-mails?

Someone gave me a "cut and paste" answer that didn't work as intended. Let me know what the practice is called and let me know how to send e-mails, I would greatly appreciate it.

The best (but maybe not the easiest?) is to 'compose' your mail body as html and send it, you can also try to IMPORT html as a test/trial and see how that comes out.

Try to make a signature file in HTML and see the results as a starting point...
