When I save a frame doc as html, it uses html 4.0. I want to use html 3.2.<br>

Where do I set this? What do I change?<br>

The problem is that when my reviewers try to open the html in Netscape 4.x, SOME cannot read it, altho some can. My engineers here said to change the html version to eliminate the cascading style sheets.
