HTML Toolkit V2 issue with GUI

I run a Mxe V10 and I use Html toolkit (with licences of course) to upload GUI's (5340).

The first spx file I have uploaded was ok, but now, even if I upload a new spx file, it is not shown int the device tab.
I have removed the old one but still presented in device form...
Has anyone use GUI ?
Normally Y should be able to upload several spx file so I could decide to affect several GUI on my system...

Are you issuing the HTMLAPPUPGRADE maintenance command after uploading the spx file? This upgrades the 3300 ICP, and subsequently the IP phones, with the most recently installed HTML applications.
