html to pdf: header problem

Hi everybody,

when I use acrobat writer 5.0 to create pdf file from html, the header made with (&w, printer setup) is too close to the border of the page. The real problem comes when you actually print the document, the header is actually cut out.

Someone has an idea

if you use webcapture, you can select no header and footer included
