I need to create a Windows app that will render some html/javascript.
The javascript talks to my webserver and retrieves results, displaying them on the Windows app.

Does anybody know where to start or know of a similar type of program?

If you're talking about client side javascript, so it's bassically not javascript acctually interacting with the webserver, but the browser sending specific HTTP request to the webserver. So wouldn't it be a more simpler solution to just implement the requests in your app? if so, use Internet API functions, like InternetOpen, etc.
