HTML problem in GW 6.5 Client

On some users running Groupwise 6.5 client, the html view is grayed out...not an option. Only the 'plain text' is an option. Have tried uninstalling, running cleaning agent, and reinstalling, but stays the same. This is only on a few users who are running Windows XP. Any suggestions?
 
If the email does not have an HTML version, then the "View as HTML" option will be grayed out.

From within the GroupWise client, go to "Tools > Options > Environment > Views". Here you should be able to change the view type. If this option is grayed out, then read on.

Does it only happen with specific users or with specific computers? If it happens with specific users, then this option might be locked for them at the server level. To check this, in ConsoleOne (GroupWise view) right-click the user and choose "GroupWise Utilities > Client Options" from the popup menu. In "Environment" under the "Views" tab check to see if there is a checkmark in "Disable HTML view".

If it happens with all users who log in using that computer, then I don't have any suggestions. Sorry. Try checking the Novell Knowledgebase.
