HTML Printing from Outlook 2000

I have Outlook 2000 SR1 with the security attachment. I can send and receive HTML messages with a picture I copied from a website. When I receive the e-mail the picture shows up in place. When I try to print the text prints and there is an icon in place of the picture. I select to print in memo style and checked the box to print attached files with items. When I do a print preview it shows the HTML link.
