2 questions: 1. We are using GW 5.5 and when we receive mail in html view we can not print a copy of it. any suggestions. 2. When mail is forwarded to my GW account from an external source nothing shows up. Also when I forward mail from my GW account to my external account nothing shows up in the message area, only the subject line. Any solutions? Thanks in advance. Bkast3

1. What browser are you using? I have issue printing using EI5 and below. I have no issue using 5.5 and above.

2. Check for an attachment. GroupWise normally sends forwards as an attachment to a message.

Re 1):

In GW5.5, open your html message, go to 'html' on your menu bar, go to 'view as text message'. You will now be able to print out this message.
