I frenquently receive HTML mail from a company. However, I never receive it as HTML, it always sits in my inbox as plain text.
When I ask the company to send the exact same mail to my co-worker, he receives it as HTML without problems. Even when he forwards that mail to me, I get it as HTML too. Only when the company sends to me directly, I get plain text. The sender has checked over and over and is 100% sure he sends his mails as HTML, so the problem is on my pc somewhere.
I'm using Outlook 2000.
Anyone got an idea why this happens ? I really need those mails in HTML, and its kinda annoying to have them send to a co-worker, who then forwards it to me.
