I can add a to my signature but I need to add a hyperlink that goes to our intranet with an alias that describes its use
ie.

Can anyone help please?

One possibility is to create a stationery. Stationery would let you insert a signature and a line of text that you would link using a hotspot link. You could then pull the stationery up easily anytime you needed to send that particular signature. Here's how:
1. Start a new memo. Insert or type the text of the signature the way you want it to appear to the receiver.
2. Drag the mouse to highlight the text with which you want to link. Go to your toolbars up top and choose CREATE--HOTSPOT--LINK HOTSPOT. In the pop-up window that appears, make sure it is set to "URL" then type the web address into the line below (I cannot recall whether you need to type "http:\\" first or not).
3. When all variables you wish to save are in place, rather than choosing SEND, instead choose TOOLS--SAVE AS STATIONERY. Give the stationery a name.
4. When ready to use the stationery, don't click on NEW MEMO. Instead go to TOOLS-NEW MEMO USING STATIONERY. Select the stationery and you are ready to go!

HI,

In signature there are two options one is in text format another is in Html format. So u can do is create a Html page and save it on ur local drive . Jusi specify the path for that file in the opyions in siganture tab. And in html file you can right "click here for more info" jsut redirect it to wherever you want.

e.g. <a href=" here for more info

just write this line in html page

Thanks. That worked great. Can you tell me how to add a Smarticon with 'Create New Memo using stationary' (specifically the one I just created) ? I'm struggling. New to Notes.
