HTML Links don't open: GW 6.5.1

Situation: Brand new Dell with Win XP Pro. GroupWise 6.5.1 installed (by a tech on Friday). Everything works fine except when I click on a link in an email, nothing happens. It should open IE but it doesn't. The cursor changes to a hand indicating that it is a link but it won't open IE as it used to do on my other XP machine and it works fine on my laptop. Office 2003 installed (No, Outlok is NOT installed).

Any ideas? I usually get quicker support from you all here than I do my IT dept!
