HTML in email

How do you do those HTML files in email for sending graphical content in emails, like the shockwave.com newsletter? I tried sending the HTML as an email message, but with predictable results. I am using Outlook Express 5.02 for Mac. People have been telling me to set the text format to HTML and then edit the source, but my Outlook only lets me view or copy the source out, not edit. It sounds so simple, but I am going mad here. Any tips?

i kno that u're able 2 upload ur page somewhere on net, then use send page (in ie) it will automatically open ur default mailer (outlook in ur case) & paste page's content into body section of ur letter
