The PR for this product makes good reading, so I’ve been trying to use the trial version, but with no success. The module I’m trying it on is fairly straight-forward html and js, and has been working on my web site for a year or two. I have had some help from a Protware.com tech fellow, but he said he couldn’t replicate my problem using my code on his system(s), and he appears to have given up. Too hard for a fifty buck product, I guess.
Can anyone out there give me some help. Ideally I’d like to send someone the problem code and the email exchanges between myself and the support guy. Maybe you could try it on your box (download the trial copy if you don’t already have it, though I’d expect you’d have it if you’re willing to assist) and help or advise me, as appropriate. Alternately, does anyone know why it could be that the problem occurs on my box and not the support guy’s. I’m running Windows XP Home on an almost new Dell. No outstanding critical updates. No viruses, according to Norton.
Alternately again, maybe someone knows of a similar product that actually works.
