HTML format is not available on export a report 1

I am using Seagate Info Vsn 7.0.2.100 (yes the freebie version) and recently tried export some reports in HTML format.Although the Administrator guide shows this output format this does not appear as an option in designer.

Does anybody know how to configure this or am I possibly missing a component on the install.

Business Object have washed their hands on this product but I am sure there is someone out there still using the freebie version?
