HTML FORM TO ACCESS FORM

I have an online application that I have created in html and using asp for submition. I need the same form in my access database so I can display the records and print the form. Is there a way to bring this form in so I don't have to recreate it.

I'm not sure I understand what exactly it is that you are trying to do. Do you want the form contents automatically inserted into your database? If so, coldfusion or PHP would be a good way to go. I personally use coldfusion but there are good arguments either way.
