HTML for Flash/Director document

Like most of the world, i've got a Myspace page. Well, i'm creating a countdown clock in Director, maybe Flash, like you see on bands websites to countdown to the release of their cd.

My question is, once I have it made, what's the best way to get it added to my page? My coding isn't that far advanced to do this yet and was just wondering if anyone could help me with it.
