Trying to make a website with frames; top, left, body. Problem i am having is the left side menu bar sub bars are below the body. any one has any clue on how to bring the left side "above" the body please let me know. you can check out what i talking about at

The page you point us to seems to have what you want. If that is your page, than you should be content. If not, you should look at the source of the page to see how they did it.

That said, I think you are abusing the frames. If they do still have some use in 2007, it surely is not to produce a website like that. I would look more into modern html & css techniques.
