HTML Emails, C3PO and Corruptions

Hi all

Have a problem with HTML emails.

We need HTML emails that gather information in the form of a questionnaire. This all works fine with the C3P0.

However, this now corrupts shared folders.

We use both Version 5 and 6 of Groupwise

Anyone else come across this problem

I know that Novell do not support the HTML C3P0

I assume you mean the Domain and post office(s) are all GroupWise 6, but the clients are a mix of 5.5 and 6. Is that correct?

The e-mails don't corrupt personal folders, only shared folders, correct?

By corrupt, what do you mean?

As a test, (based on the above assumptions) create a shared folder that only GW6 clients access. Does it end up getting corrupted? Then do the same with 5.5 only. This won't solve the problem but might help narrow it down some.

In version 6, when you click on a Groupwise shared folder, the following message appears:

An error occurred executing a C3PO command. Contact your system administrator.

So it is because it does not work with Shared Folders on Groupwise 6.

Anyone know how this could possibly be resolved or a workaround, if any? Or the contact details of the person who wrote the patch?
