I'm maintaining an intranet-site with a HTML-editor (VB-object). The user write his text in a sort of textarea and the HTML-editor convert this text to text with all the HTML tags. With buttons you can make text bold, underline etc. The only thing I know (very less documentation) is that it is written for IE 4.0 and that is goes wrong with IE > 4.0

So I need help to find an HTML-editor that will work with IE 5.5
I also heard someting about an HTML-edit function in IE 5.5 but I don't know anythinng about that.

Who can help me?

Erik

There are many HTML editors on the market (Dreamweaver, Frontpage to name 2)

IE 5 has a built in edit function but it opens the document in Word to edit it, which can also cause layout issues.

I suggest if you do not want to learn html for hancoding in notepad then buy a wysiwyg editor you can find many cheap at ebay
