HTML editor for textareas in forms. 3

Is there a simple (and simple to implement) code example for making a textbox in a form understand and have HTML code? A lot of content management systems have these, but is there some code I can use for an existing ASP classic application?

 
Yes I believe that is the correct term. Basically have a user be able to edit HTML easily in a text area. (without seeing like the <b> marks etc...)

But remember that the result of this tool is likely to be used directly in your website - if you're looking for XHTML compliance etc - make sure you get an RTE which supports it.
