HTML E-mail Support in v.5.5

Hi!
Am sending out an HTML Newsletter to about 2000 members of our association and nearly all receive it OK. I have a client using GroupWise 5.5 who says she just gets the raw HTML source code rather than it displaying in HTML. Does Groupwise not support HTML mail, or is there something else I need to do to the coding so that she can read it. Is there maybe an upgrade or patch she can install, or a setting she can change?

Was HTML Support installed when the GroupWise client was installed on that machine? I think it is one of like 6-8 options you can choose. (I think the others are like desktop options, file associations, and etc.,)

I don't know if it was installed or not. She works for the State of Maryland and says this is a standard package that is installed on all computers used by state employees. I'll try to pursue the settings and configurations and see if there is something there that will help. Thanks!
